Adding donations manually Reply to topic

Hi. i just had an DB crash so i had to use a backup. though after that backup we got an donation but that isn't recorded in the DB now. is there any way to add it manually?

there are some fields to do this in I'w noticed:
Tax ID Name Show Status $ Gross $ Fee Date

but i haver no idea what to fill in how. and when i try to figure it out it always end up with the "anonymous" instead of the name I enterd.

You can add the basics through admin.php?op=Treasury, the very bottom row of empty boxes,

'Tax Id' is the receipt from paypal, something like ZYXGTY1234567890
'Name' is the Username who donated
'Show' is Yes if they wanted their name displayed.
'Status' is Completed
'Gross' is their donation amount.
'Fee' is the paypal fee for that donation.
'Settle' is the donation amount converted to your currency (probably same as Gross).
'Date' is the format 2005-04-16 00:00:00

For now you may also need to add 'Settle Amount' via phpmyadmin until I update admin, otherwise your block may not show correct info.

Ah thanks it worked though the new file gave me the "error in DB" thingy. but it worked with the normal one.

hmm, are you using latest Treasury version 9.1.0.0 and also ran update?

If using an older version, Settle amount is irrelevant.
