[done] UI Enhnacement to Forums Management

I've often left forums open to all either because I'd added a forum and forgotten to go into Permissions, or more often because I'd just set up a new site and missed 1 or 2. The reason is obvious given the Forums Permissions user interface.

So today I took time out to code up a small change to Forums Management to always display the critical 2 permissions Read and Post to the right of the display of each forum - with links directly to the correct forum in Forums Permissions if you do need to make a change.

This provides both a quick visual check of your whole forum, as well as a simpler, faster access path to Forums Permissions.

Hopefully this change can be considered for inclusion into a future version of ForumsPlus (and/or Forums)?

Thanks for the offer but I won't be adding to ForumsPlus for DF v9 - only bug and security updates.

Might be best to offer it through DF add-ons.

Regarding v10, I suggest proposing it through Projects - that particular area of forums will be having a complete overhaul.
