Okay, I'm following instructions in the Treasurey thing to set this up -- but in my paypal account under Profile I don't see ANYTHING that is mentioned in Treasury setup.

Do I need to have some special account like a business account or something setup?

I feel stupid but I really don't see how to set it up in paypal.
