[done] Add support for Forums Pro Reply to topic

Please can you add the option for Blogs to work with ForumsPro.
I know the FP module isnt supported any longer but it would be very good if the Blogs module would work it Fpro.

Not as simple as it seems, given that the table prefixes can vary and even morseo where there are multiple forums.

The apparent simplest fix from my point of view would be to provide admin with the ability to dictate which prefix is to be used and hence which forum is used - then it's a matter of working through any complications arising from that approach.

e.g. cms_fpro_forums
For a standard ForumsPro install, you would specify "fpro_" whereas for a standard CPG-BB install you would specify "bb".

hmm, a helluva lot more work than a simple prefix - ForumsPro is different so I may have to re-write the whole DiscussIt setup.

Tested for CPG-BB standard, ForumsPro standard and ForumsPro duplicate.
