bug fix for cart stock level check when stock is inactive
bug fix for product count after deletion
bug fix for "dealer" order button
product totals for stores display modified so only admin can see them
(until they also reflect product totals for sub-stores)
provision for direct links to be used which will redirect off-site when clicked, instead of an on-site Storez order.

Bugs and Features will only be actioned when reported through Bugger
