Minor code changes. Fixed Amazon BuyBox feature so it works, but it is not Html4.01 compliant. Eliminated annoying php warning error that kept popping up in server error logs.

Modified ???_amazon_cfg table as follows:
cache_maxtime -> AMZcache_maxtime
ImageType -> AMZImageType
default_asin -> AMZdefault_asin

For clean install, just follow install.txt.
To upgrade, just change the above table field names and copy the files from the directories direct to your server.
