this version just fixes the ability to exclude hosts and ip addresses - date is next, now that I have completed some fixes on a couple of other modules

Date problem is fixed - now works from unix time - just some testing to ensure all is okay.
I added a new datestring define in the iptracker lang file so you can set whatever time config you want.
There may be a problem for converting large databases during the upgrade, so I reduced the test database to 50,000 records to get the installer to successfully convert the existing database. I have another large database to test yet, so I'm hoping it was just some corruption in the other one.

My first test database must have had some corruption because my latest test for 100,000 records converted perfectly - it just needs patience and follow instructions in readme.txt
The date/time format is now in your hands - adjust in IPT lang file
