everytime i want to Add Item but it not show up when i submit it.

You mean the Add/Remove function? I just tested and it works okay?

It goes to the end of the Featured Items list, so it may be on next page of you have more than 1 page of items.

Add/Remove adds items to Featured Items and these are stored in ????_items table. Similarly, using [Add] when displaying items while admin will add items to Featured Items via a small pop-up window.
