Yep, looks like I need to update all the urls's in the paypal config, as they used to be full urls's and obviously now do not need to be.

I checked out paypal, and both yours and poogs transactions are listed as "retrying" because of this url returning a 404.

I've updated all those url's by removing the first domain so it looks like this.

/ipntreas.php
/index.php?name=Treasury&file=thanks
/index.php?name=Treasury

Is that correct, or do I need to lose the forward slash as well?

Confirmed, it was just those URL's and all working now

Just had to do same to mine. So it may be necessary for everyone.

Unfortunately the test links in Admin still work with the domain name included.

Better not! Bum steer on my part. I did need to list the domain in those fields. My problem that I thought was related to this was - bizarrely - that my IPN settings had got reset on Paypal!

When/if this module is updated, it might be good idea to tighten the test link code however, as in my case it seemed to test out OK whether domain name was included or not.
