Previous events not displaying? Reply to topic

On my install the events created in previous months will not show on the calendar. Is this by design or is it something that I can change enable? I would like to have this function, if possible.

I am using:
CMS Version 9.3.3.1
PHP Version 5.3.3
MySQL Version 5.1.55 (client: 5.1.55)

Thanks!

Unfortunately I don't have that issue so I'm at a loss to explain it.

Strange indeed.

Actually this is a similiar problem that I mentioned here .
The workaround is to set each event as a one-time repeating event so that it only repeats one time and on that day. Then it will display in the months past. Although this is not convenient, it does work.

Is there in the settings that is not right? I have it set so that Administrators can edit events and only Administrators can update Calendar.

EDIT: This fix works on this problem.

hmm, I did look at that "fix" ages ago but I have various calendar blocks on the same page as the calendar, without issue.

In hindsight, perhaps the problem is left blocks (mine are right side). If that is the case, they may be upsetting some config or global variable - I'll have a play when I can find some time.

Thanks Phoenix. And for your information, the blocks that I had showing were in the top center as I was using the nuke-centerblock module. Once I removed that block, it worked fine.

aah, thanks - if my theory is correct, top center would have the same impact as left blocks since both instances precede the module display.
