restricted product listings to Amazon's 10 page limit
added Kindle Store, Mobile Apps, MP3 Downloads
updated many of the US browse node ids
eliminated string offset issues
(you will still get them if Amazon locks you out for exceeding allowable hit rate)
admin section to trace nodes so you can enhance your locale listings
(only traces one level so you can cut and paste the result in e.g. /nodes/us.inc)
links provided to sites which provide browse node info

Bugs and Features will only be actioned when reported through Bugger
