[solved] Private Message format problem? Reply to topic

Not sure if there is anything I did wrong when I installed or bug? The Private Message tab and sub menu is off to the side on left column for the Default template. Please see picture. When I clicked on Sent Message, it brought me to the Private Message Text box instead of the sent messages.

For the the hardwired template, the tab and the sub menu of the PM are fine but the text box is off the right. Can you shed some lights on how to fix these please?

I just the fix here. Thank you for the module and the fixes. It is a great module and would like to see it as part of the core.
