How many products are people managing in their Storez implementation? Tens, hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands?

Just curious... Mine are in the units.

And related, is it possible to load a new Storez up with a simple MySQL import into cms_cart_products from, say, a suitable CSV spreadsheet? Or are there relationships that I may have overlooked to other db records that need to be populated?
