The main emphasis here is management of member behavior.

restored admin functionality to disallow usernames
(only beneficial for guest posting - use it wisely)
admin option to allow cloaking (ignoring) other user's posts and info
(cloaking allowed on a group basis)
ability to remove member posting privileges on a forum basis, regardless of group
(cannot post, reply, edit, delete, create polls, vote, attach and download files)
admin option to remove member privileges in all forums where authorization levels are REG
(affects view, read, post, reply, edit, delete, vote, create polls, attach and download files)
Forums where member has group access are not affected.
