Forum Centre Block Reply to topic

Hi,

I just upload the block in block folder. But i have 2 isue on this block.

1. Once i'm try to add the block. Got msg said 'Security error'. But this problem solve when i using mozilla.

2. I try to add this block but when i saw in home i show msg like this

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'modules/ForumsCentreBlock/FCBerror.inc' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/csmuser/public_html/v3/blocks/block-Forums_Centre_Block.php on line 29

Please tell me what should i do..?
