CVS? Reply to topic

I have not looked into this yet, but I see it all the time. What is a CVS? What will CVS do for me and the web sites?

and last should I use CVS or should I not? If so How do I mke it work...

CVS is Concurrent Versioning System - in simple terms, it keeps track of changes you make to files you edit and automatically assigns a version each time.

Much info on the net - simplest application is to use TortoiseCVS and set up a local cvs from there. Otherwise, beyond my scope.
