Since there still appears to be interest in this module, I have upgraded it.

Incorporates layingback's radar fix.
Config variables now cached which drops queries by about 15.
Installer modified, bulk of data will be added separately via a link from the new admin menu.
Admin interface upgraded so it is more user friendly plus documentation.
Code overhaul - will occur in a couple of steps since there is so much to do.
