I think you've now added almost every possible whistle and bell to the Treasury/Supporters Module and almost certainly are looking for a new challenge ............


I know that there are add-ons already in existence for an improved menu block and Google Site Maps. Unfortunately neither of these produces something that would be very useful for us - a navigation page.

The reason for this is that lots of our users access our sites from the military intranet where they use a very locked down version of IE6. This means that our main menu system (top menu with javascript) doesn't work and hence users often complain that they cannot get to x or y. We've created the 'site map/navigation page' using pure html but would obviously like it to be a proper module modified using CPGmm in the same way that the top menu is.

Any chance you could have a look at this - I'm sure this would be useful for other sites particularly those accessed by people on PDA/mobiles, etc?

yeah, Treasury is running out of options, so I focused on rebuilding the Marketplace module but fixing that turned out to be easier than expected, despite my limited knowledge of regular expressions.

hmm, the top menu is pure css, though the htc file for IE6 is essentially a javascript interpreter to allow for lack of hover functionality in IE6. The flicker you are currently experiencing with the css menu on IE6 can be eliminated with this file update,

The existing CPG Main Menu block reflects vertically, exactly the same content as the horizontal css menu, but I can see your point that the block, and sometimes even the css menu, is useless in the context of a PDA.

How about I just convert the block to a module, without all that graphic clutter?

hmm, drop downs do appear in my IE6, so it could well be a corrupted or old version of csshover.htc causing that.

The converted block will adopt some of the enhanced features of the css menu, so it will be better than just a conversion

I already had planned to do a block version of the horizontal css menu, but kinda lost my way, and that doesn't resolve your issue anyway.

A module version does leave your options open for displaying the side blocks too.

(Biggles' menu resolved the issue of ordering items within the block but that has since been resolved in the DF version - only problem is his version requires core changes)

I have experienced exactly what you described on my site when my auto cvs update unsuccessfully merged the revised csshover file - disabling js will do the same. I guess disabling js makes up for shortcomings in programmers

No problem - the advantage of the cpgmm base is that you only edit one area to change the lot simultaneously, and it operates off core, so that's what it will be.
