I see no one else seems to have ever had this so maybe it's just me...
Every time I try to add items to the cart it takes me to the cart and it's empty.
It's the same if I use my Associate ID and AccessKey or if I use yours that it installs with.
I have the bizcartus cookie with the name of an item I tried to add in the content.
Any advice?

hmm, I'm not sure why, but I vaguely recall having a problem like that ages ago - I simply deleted that particular browser cookie and it started working okay.
Hope that helps

OMG. I had already deleted it a bunch of times. It just needed for you to tell me to delete it and now it works.

impressive demonstration of mind power
- now if only I could master it.
I haven't really looked into it since it only hit me once or twice, but one possibility is it's due to amazon not recognizing what is sent to it.

I could use some of that mind power as well.
I installed this module on a second Dragonfly website I have and I get the same error. I cannot seem to add anything to the cart. I've deleted all the browser cookies and cleared my cache with no luck so far.
I love this mod, but so far I'm 0-2 in completely working instances. Hopefully it will eventually kick in like Sarah's did.

Same deal. I have cleared all cookies and cache and tried in IE7, Firefox, and Opera. Also deleted the server cache. Still no dice.
It looks pretty though. Wish it would work.

Sure wish I had the answer - as mentioned earlier, I only had it happen to me once, from numerous installs on sites, and have never been able to re-produce it.
Got a link I can try?

Okay, try changing line 76 of cartcreate.php tosetcookie('bizcart'.$locale, $val, $expires, $MAIN_CFG['cookie']['path'], $MAIN_CFG['cookie']['domain']);

First, Thank you very much for this module.
I am having this problem, "Sorry, your cart is empty", on my production site:
www.mestayer.net/BizStore.html
Then I used your link at the NukeBiz site:
nukebiz.com/BizStore/ and I get the same problem.
I am using Firefox 3.0.1 and wiped out the cookies multitudes of times.
Interestingly enough, the cart seems to work in Internet Exploder 6.
Any ideas?

This site is probably not a good example as it has a slightly different version that I have failed to update
Nevertheless, I'll check it out on another site - I have noticed I have an unreleased version with a fix from April this year which may have been the fix.
