Customer Rating: Summary: Nerf Strike review Comment: Our son (and my husband) has truly enjoyed this Nerf-N-Strike laser game. It beats going to the mall and paying a fortune playing laser-tag. He also uses the gun for his other shooting games (duck hunt, wild west shoot-out). This game was previously sold out or not available in stores, but thru Amazon we were able to order the game in time for Christmas. Customer Rating: Summary: Fun Game Comment: The game is a great play for a shooting game and the Nerf gun that comes with it makes the play more fun. The fact that the Wiimote holder converts to a standard Nerf gun is an added bonus. Customer Rating: Summary: not worth the money Comment: I bought this game for my 3 boys ages 6, 7 and 9. They play with nerf guns all the time and I thought they would really enjoy this game. I usually wouldn't dare shell out $60 for a game b/c they play outside most of the time anyway. The boys really enjoyed the game play...but only held them for about 45 minutes. I guess when I pay this much for a game, I expect them to be fighting over it (they all played single player first to get used to it before playing in multiplayer mode). They didn't fight over it at all..matter of fact they all just went and got their new nerf guns and had a nerf war instead. For the record, they all said they liked the game and it was fun, they just preferred a real nerf war instead. As a mom, I give it an A++ for non-violence since there is no bloodshed (they shoot at robots and boxes), just simply not worth the $60. Customer Rating: Summary: Pretty cool...but expensive Comment: I bought this for my 6yr old for Xmas. He is a certified Nerf freak and loves this game. I have to admit that even I enjoy playing it. The controller is nice and the graphices arent bad and its fun and challenging at the same time. My only complaint is the $60+ price tag is a bit stiff. I know that the typical Wii game is around $40, but adding another $20 to the price for the controller is a bit much. Aside from that...no complaints. Customer Rating: Summary: Great for Boys - 8 & 9 Comment: Received as a Christmas gift, the boys, 8 and 9, love the game. (we were able to purchase a separate gun for around $15 at Best Buy) As for Adults, not so much fun, definately a shooting gallery game, but as a mom, it's great on the non violence aspect. I think it is worth the money, the gun remote is a plus for the boys.
