Summary: Gets Dishes Pretty Clean, But Not Sparkling
Comment: I just finished my first full box of Ecover dishwasher tablets. I switched over from Cascade 2 in 1 tabs because I was concerned about the environmental impact of the chemicals in Cascade. Overall, I was pleased with the cleaning capacity of the Ecover. It got dishes pretty clean, even in my old, not very good dishwasher.

I did notice after using the Ecover for a few loads that my glasses seemed to be a little bit spottier than they were using the Cascade. After reviewing the labels of both products, it seems that the Cascade contains an agent to make the glasses not spot. Now i'm just trying to get to the dishes while they're hot so I can dry off the glasswear to avoid spotting--it's not worth polluting just to have shiny glasses!

Comment: I purchased these for my daughter and son-in-law after they moved from the midwest to Arizona.

When I asked my daughter about how she thought that they performed, she initially was a little apprehensive, because she is used to the Electrosol tablets, because that is all that we have used in the past.

At the time of this purchase, we were really trying to intergrate the change in our lifestyle to more environmentally friendly products.

I can see no reason why we would not purchase these again, for our home this time.

Comment: These dishwasher tablets work excellent! I have tried other earth friendly brands of dishwasher soap & have been let down by how well they worked. This is one fantastic product that performs well every time. Being a military family we move often end up with all types of water. (hard water, heavily chlorinated) These are always reliable and work great! We are a large family & don't scrape the plates very well.

Comment: As a lazy house keeper I was a faithfull user of Cascade detergent. I wanted to go to a green alternative but with the same quality as Cascade. I was skeptical as most green cleaners work but not as well as their comercial counter parts.

Well they got this one right! I am not a pre washer, I mearly scrape off the dishes to get the chunks and then stick them in the washer and they come out clean with Ecover! And during the dry cycle it doesn't fill your kitchen with horrible chemical steam. Leaves the washer it self nice and clean and ready for the next use.

I have reccomended these to anyone who asks.

I did contact the company about the fact that each tab is packaged in it's own little plastic bag and they gave me a honest genuine response. They said that they have to be individually wraped or they will crumble apart in shipping and as of right now the bags are the best option they have but they are always looking for improvement.

Comment: I have been changing over to Eco-friendly cleaners! These tabs are the best I have ever tried Green or toxic! After trying seventh generation and being so disappointed! I was happy to find my Ecover tabs on the second attempt to switch! These are absolutely a miracle!
