I rated 4 stars for it. do not wait just got it you will not regret. but only thing bothers me was it is too heavy.

Comment: I make a point of avoiding things French. OK, I am glad I have this. I use it. It works great. Light for cast iron, even heat, cook at lower temps. Of course, I don't know how it works with meat but it is great for frying veggies!
