Summary: Love this product...good delivery time too.
Comment: I have avoided salt for years and I am glad I did given the less than healthy condition of ordinary table salt. However, I have learned that I need (real) salt for good health from reading Dr. Brownstein's book on Salt. He recommended this kind of natural sea salt, un-futzed with by man and I have to say that it helps my energy levels when I take it. I am so glad to find a good healthy source of something essential to good health. Delivery time was good and packaging extra good.
