Summary: Po Chai or Curing Pill helps me a lot
Comment: I started to use Po Chai a few years ago. The pills were recommended to me by my Shiatsu practitioner, since I have a delicate and sencitive digestion system. These pills help me 99% of the time. I've used them successfully to take care of a hangover; I use them every time I eat too late, or too much, or too greasy food. I take them to all my travels in case I'll eat not fresh food, or just get a stomach bug; we used the pills while travelling in Egypt and India. Every time I get nauseaus, bloated, get a diarea or a heavy feeling in my stomach - these pills help me. Of course, if things go too far (like when I ate some questionable muchrooms from our property and had a violent reaction to them) - the pills don't help; but don't do harm, either. The pills don't help my daughter, though, but I'm not sure how often she tried. On the box it says you can take 1-2 vials at once, but for myself 1/2 of a vial usually is enough. I recommend anybody with any digestive problems to try these pills. Plus a tip: if your are out of the pills and your stomach feels heavy - try eating a piece of orange or lemon WITH the peel.
