Comment: I am not sure who sewed this skirt together, but it is very strange. The lining in attached at the top, but the is no waistband, no casing for the elastic. Thankfully I only paid 10 dollar for this and I can sew.

Summary: I will never ever deal with Classic Closeouts ...
Comment: I am rating this item on 2 stars only because of timely delivery. The quality of the skirt is awful, very cheap fabric, the sewing is also awful, uneven suture, i can not imagine what body must have the lady to fit this skirt, most likely the hipline must be very wide, and all the more, she must have the "peg-top" legs... And it is not fit to size. It seem it would be better if I order size 14 but..Classic Closeouts has vary poor quality of goods, and not correct sizing! it is the second bad experience from this seller, once i had ordered the jacket, one size less, the 14 instead of 16, and it was too small, this jacket was not the quality what i expected, but it was acceptable quality, unfortunately, i was forced to present it to a friend of mine, now i have ordered the right size, 16, and it is too large :)))) the same was with my sister-in-law, her skirt (much more expensive skirt then this one...) was also mediocre, too large, not fit the size, though she bought one size less... If I am not the international customer, I will return back this item imm. Lesson learned, I will never ever deal with Classic Closeouts.
