Summary: Great for my Plantar Fasciitis
Comment: I happened to find this product locally at a wholesale club where it is listed as a seasonal product. I came on Amazon to see if they carry it so I can replace mine if I should wear it out since I am using it two times a day.

I have seen a physical therapist for my Plantar Fasciitis before, but found I can mimic what they do in the clinic at home. It is a time saver to not have to go in. In physical therapy they have you use heat, massage (to break up scar tissue), stretch and ice. I am now using this product for the first two steps to replace the hot rice bag and hand held massager I had been using, and it works like a dream. If you are using this product for the same purpose, the little round balls smart pretty good when the Plantar Fasciitis is first acting up again, but if you keep at it the smarting will subside. So happy I found this product.
