Comment: Most people do not get enough fiber. Benefiber is a good supplement that is very easy to take. It is tasteless, so you can add it to any liquid or even sprinkle it on your food. With that said; There are alternatives that are less expensive and just as good. My wife uses this product while I prefer Fiber Choice. Always read the labels to determine the amount of fiber that you are actually getting in a dosage. And compare.

Comment: We use this fiber supplement and like it because it's truly oderless, tasteless and disolves completely. I put a teaspoon in my morning coffee -- you'd never know it was in there. But search around, sometimes Sam's Club will stock the largest size at a very good price (even less than on Amazon).
