Summary: D-mannose changed my life
Comment: For the past 2 years I suffered a uti every time I had sex, regardless of obsessive hygiene. The constant use of antibiotics (macrobid, cipro, bactrim) damaged my joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles and nerves, especially those in my arms hands and shoulders.

Summary: Great product, tkaes away the burn!
Comment: I have used this product for about a year now and it is great. You take three of four caplets right when you feel the burning of a bladder infection coming on and it flushes it right out of your system. You feel right back to normal within 24 hours.
