Summary: not delicious, but worth a shot
Comment: I am a young medical student suffering from osteoarthritis. I did some research on supplementing, in order to avoid surgery and found this drinkable form to have the high dosages that replicate successful studies with Chondroitin, Glucosamine and Co. I have found that most other supplements are lacking either the high dosage or omit an ingredient totally. Also, research suggests liquid form to be better for reabsorption than pill form .
Personally, I have not noticed a difference in pain (luckily I am pretty pain free, despite what my MRI shows), but it's worth the shot every day to try to prevent any further degeneration.
The Wild Berry taste is not my favorite. I have not tried mixing it with juice, rather I have taken a "shot" from the measuring cup. Altogether, I can think of better tasting things to consume, but it's "medicine" and therefore I don't mind the few seconds of disgusts when swallowing.
If it tasted good and had no need for refrigeration, I could see giving it 5 stars.

Summary: Liquid Joint Care
Comment: This Joint Care product is the best I've tried yet. I have arthritis in both shoulders and I've noticed a big difference in the amount of pain I have now. It is much less than before I was taking Joint Care. I especially like the liquid form. It seems to be stronger than the pill form. The taste is a bit strong and somewhat salty but it's worth it.
