Summary: A great Buy!
Comment: Five stars for the price I payed ($119.00)on sale. The product works great. There is not much that can't work anyway. A couple of the plastic end caps are cheesey and fall off so I taped them with Scotch tape....end of problem. The assembly instructions were vague aside from the parts page. I'm lucky I'm handy. All in all I'm very happy with it.

Summary: Lower back feels better with every inversion.
Comment: I bought it item hoping to help my back by streching it out.Little did I know how much it really would help me.I've only had the inversion table two days and it's made a big difference in how my back feels. I hadn't got to where I can invert but at about 30 degrees yet. But being inverted keeps the gravity from pushing down on your spin an mother nature lets your spin go back in place like it should.I'm a ferm beliver of invertsion now. The product it's self is an awsome piece of equipment, it's made out of heavy metal and it's very soild.It was shipped without any problems.I would tell anyone with lower back trouble to try it. Comment: I purchased this with hopes that it would help my husband when he has back pain. I cannot seem to keep him in there long enough to determine if it helps! lol The ankle grips are small for a man's foot and ankle to fit in. There is probably an adjustment that we have not checked. It fits me just fine and I like it.
