Comment: This is by far the best nasal irrigator we have purchased. It is gentle on the sinus membranes, especially the first time used. Adjustable pressure is easy to dial in. Does the job, and that is what we want. Top quality machine at a good cost.

Comment: I orignally bought the jars of this saline, but I went back to the packs for convenience. Disolves instantly with a little shaking. The Grossan Sinus Irrigator has done wonders for me - a long time sinusitis sufferer.
