Comment: This is not what I wanted! You cannot lie on this pad - it must be placed on top of you...forget trying to relive shoulder or neck pain because your head boils off first! And even on top of you - it gets way too hot! I wish I could return it and get a regular heating pad!

Comment: The heating pad really works well and the moist heat penetrates deep! It feels great to be able to just relax and not have to worry about the timer also as this unit has the 20 minute cycle and will shutoff if you do not reset the cycle again.
The processing and delivery of the product was excellent as Isokinetics was able to give me the Fedex tracking info when I called and they delivered it that day! Thanks Amazon, my back thanks you too!
