Comment: For the first time in my life, I had to order this type of product. My MIL had just gotten out of the nursing home and we did not realize her size could not be purchased at our local stores. Being overwhelmed with all of the newness of having a disabled, morbidly obese person moving into our home, I used the package from the nursing home to order this product online. When I ordered Prevail, size 2X, I never imagined that 2X came in two different sizes. Having been without any adult diapers for several days and only using sanitary pads which were inadequate, we opened the box and package immediately only to be disappointed to find they were too small, came with sticky tabs rather than pull-ups AND worst of all, were unreturnable since they were opened. Now, we are out nearly $80, and had to wait another week for the correct product, which I was very careful when ordering.
