Summary: PMP NEEDS TO LEARN ENGLISH
Comment: I purchased the PMP MP4 Digital Player, the player is probably good, but this has to be the worst written manual I have ever seen. The page number do not even match the table of contents, somethings listed in the table of contents are not even found the manual. The manual is written in broken English with many misspelled words, some sentences just don't make sense. I did get the SD card to work, again manual is no help, it didn't list any instructions for the SD card! I got the audio player to load and play. I still haven't figured out how to download video to the player or SD card and have it work. So far I have spent over 8 hrs. trying to figure this thing out without a readable manual! Another problem is the player will not play audio in a folder, you have to open each music folder and download just the songs NOT the folder. A waste of time. Every time you turn off the player you have to open tools select SD then open upgrade and select SD again. I have bought my last product from PMP or cable4 or what ever they want to call themselves! PMP, either learn English or hire someone who knows English and how to write instructions! What's bad for PMP is the unit seems to be of good quality, but I wouldn't recommend buying it because of the unbelievable sorry user manual!
