Summary: didn't notice much of a difference
Comment: On the whole, I don't think this was worth the hassle or money.

I followed the instructions for using Formula1 and 2.
I increased the dosage of Formula2 out of concern that nothing was happening. The documentation indicates that you can't take too much, so I consumed two jars in one week (8 days), along with three Formula1 capsules a day. I failed to have a profound, or moving experience.
