Summary: Best children's allergy relief!
Comment: My daughter has environmental allergies to dust and cat dander and has been taking this for the better part of 2 years. She was taking the same formula as a prescription (which had the same grape flavor as this) and it seems to be the only medication that helps relieve her symptoms consistently. We had tried Claritin previously because for a while it was cheaper than the prescription. Although my pharmacist said they pretty much all work the same way, this one definitely worked better for us.

Comment: Child takes Zyrtec, the OTC is a different flavor from the prescription she had. Odd that manufacturer bothered to change flavor (banana to grape, IIRC). That said, it seems comparable. No issue to date.
