Summary: Great customer service, average picture quality
Comment: I received one of these as a gift and didn't attempt to load pictures onto it until several months later. The device wasn't being recognized by the computer, so I called customer service. My tech was friendly and helpful. He tried two or three different solutions, and when none of those worked, he sent me a brand new wide screen version of the device at no cost. I received it in two days and it worked beautifully! As far as the picture quality goes, it's decent. Don't expect to load shots of large groups of people and expect to see everyone clearly, but for face shots of four or fewer people per pic, it's really pretty convenient.

Comment: I agree with other reviews. The picture quality is horrible. If you have a picture with just one person in a close up, you can tell who it is. It is not worth the money.

Comment: I got the photo keychains and those are cute but the battery doesn't last at all, so I got these and just the fact that they use real batteries is a plus. The screen is a good size you just have to crop the photo before adding it to the wallet pix. This fits perfect in a purse and in my really small wallet and I think the stand on it is great so it stands on my desk. This is so easy to load too much better than the more expensive key chains!!! I don't think you will be disappointed if you order this in fact I am going to get a few more for gifts... The only Con I found is the sticker is sometimes hard to take off one of mine the screen is scratched with sticker still on it.
