Summary: It's ok
Comment: If you need something to get some seedlings started, this does work. It definitely doesn't work as well as some of the more expensive lights and it doesn't do much at all for the larger starts but, it will at least provide enough to get your seeds started. After that, I recommend either planting them outdoors or buying a better light.
