Summary: One major flaw
Comment: Very disappointed with this product. Heats up just fine but one very major flaw...the top of the device where the silicone pad pushes your lashes up to is at a 90 degree angle. This causes the lashes to curl in an "L" shape and look very odd and messy. Would not recommend this product.
