Comment: I am mainly ranking the service from Health Warehouse. I buy the syringes for my diabetic cat--the price is great, and he doesn't complain. I have had no problem getting the syringes to fill and getting rid of air bubbles. I am very impressed with the service from Health Warehouse. I just received my second order from them. The first order arrived in three days. And I had ordered enough to receive free shipping--I was very impressed that they still shipped priority. We are now living overseas (military, using an APO address). I've placed several orders for different items with different companies--some free shipping, some I paid big bucks for shipping. I've been waiting over a month for several of the packages to arrive. I figured I'd better get my order for more syringes placed even though I still had a 50-day supply. I placed the order, and I could not believe it arrived in 5 days!! I was actually kind of disappointed to see the syringes had arrived--I was hoping it was one of the packages I had been waiting a month for.

Summary: Diabetic syringe/needle that are comfortable
Comment: I was very happy to find these needles on Amazon.com. I like the length of the needle. The last time I asked for "small" needles from my Dr. she couldn't find any smaller then 28gaugex1/2" length. The Easy Touch are 31gaugeX5/16". I like these better. I have no problem filling the syringe with insulin as others have suggested, but I've had diabetes for 44yrs. so I remember when you had to use a glass syringe and attach a needle to it. Those had to be boiled. So, many things have changed in 44 years. I've never had an Easy Touch syringe that I couldn't load without pulling the stopper all the way back and filling the syringe with air. I always pull the syringe all the way out and push air in to begin with, you have to do that and put air in the bottle of insulin before you get insulin out of the bottle into the syringe. Do I ever get an air bubble? Of course, and when I see that air bubble I account for it and take a few more units of insulin out that will be wasted to get that air bubble out. You just have to play with it awhile. I have never had to wait longer then 5 or 10 seconds to fill the insulin into the syringe. It's a good product that I will buy again.

Summary: Easy Touch Syringe
Comment: I am disappointed with this product. Nearly each syringe has a difficult time filling - lots of air pockets and many times it simply will not pull the insulin into the syringe. It takes a lot of coaxing to fill the syringe. I had one needle come completely out of the syringe while in the insulin bottle - luckily it wasn't in me!
