Customer Rating: Summary: Great Drink Mix Comment: This is a great drink mix. The strawberry Kiwi has the fewest net carbs (1) so for those on a very low carb diet this works great and with the added fiber it helps to keep you regular. Some people have had trouble finding this product. I got it at Walmart in the diet section near the cosmetics. It was reasonably priced, but I can't remember how much, but cheaper than listed here. Customer Rating: Summary: Great Tasting Protein Mix - Recommended Comment: The "Special K2O Protein Water Mix" is a very good tasting protein mix! I found these while looking for protein drink to use after my morning workouts (ended up using Designer Whey - Designer Whey Isolate 2go Orange Mango, 10 packs), but ended up using these mostly in the afternoon to avoid snacks since they are fairly filling.
These are low in calories (30 per serving), low in carbs (6 total, 5 fiber leaving 1 net, no sugar), and provides 5g of protein.
Recommended! Customer Rating: Summary: Fluid Intake Comment: Actually love this product 2 packets a day and I have managed to drink more fluids than I would normally drink with just water. So it has helped me with my weight management. Customer Rating: Summary: easy to make and healthy Comment: I was very pleased I found this product on Amazon. I loved it. It was easy to mix up and as a result I used it more often. My disappointment is that it has been discontinued or I would gladly reorder. I gave this product a 5 star rating because of it's taste, ease of use and healthly benefits. I would rather mix this up than grap a soda every time. I hope that this product comes back! Customer Rating: Summary: Great for bariatric patients Comment: As a gastric bypass patient, I'm always looking for "snacks" that are either "low in calories, high in protein," etc. and this fits both bills. Even has 5 grams of fiber, and who CAN'T use more of that in their lives, huh?
