Summary: Magic Erasers are just that, "MAGIC."
Comment: I just had to write a review after seeing a previous poster leave such a negative review. This product is simply AMAZING. It is not kidding when it says it's magic. I use it religiously to clean baked on grease on pots and pans. It cleans my stovetop wonderfully! Countertops are a breeze to clean as well. Bathtub soap scum build up, NO PROBLEM for the Magic Eraser. What about dirty, greasy, grimy hubcaps? NO PROBLEM... as where before I'd use a toothbrush and comet, Magic Eraser cleans the hubcaps with one swipe. It works great on floors as well. Ohhh and talk about a mess, I had hardened caramel that was stuck to the inner shelves of my fridge. I had tried numerous times with warm water, cleaner & a rag to get it off the shelves of my fridge with no luck. That is when I found the Magic Eraser, it disolved the hard as a rock caramel right off. I was sold! One of my friends was sold that day as well. She too was skeptical when I introduced her to the Magic Eraser. YES it does disolve... Not all products last forever. BUT as long as you keep the Magic Eraser moist and don't scrub hard, it will last you a few uses. That's what is so great about it, you don't have to use elbow grease. Just simply swipe the wet sponge across the surface. You dont need to scrub and scrub... as yes, that would disolve the sponge in 5 minutes like the previous poster wrote. For about $2, you get 2 sponges and they will last several uses over. & if your house is "THAT" dirty in where you have to use a Magic Eraser every few day's, perhaps you shouldn't blame the Magic Eraser for not holding up to your expectations. I don't know about you, but I'd rather spend a few minutes swiping away grease, grime and dirt, rather then hours on end scrubbing away with expensive chemicals, rough scratch pads and not to mention dangerous fumes.

Summary: Lasts about 5 minutes!
Comment: It takes about five minutes before it resembles the photo on the box indicating it's time for replacement. That's not 5 minutes of scrubbing a driveway or dirty dishes--it's 5 minutes of wiping a bathtub, sink, faucets, a wall and mirror! I'll NEVER buy this product again!

Comment: My son likes to color on the walls, and the magic eraser was the only thing i found that didn't harm my paint.. it even took the permanent marker off too!

I put up 2 pictures, one of his lovely coloring on the wall & the second after we cleaned it with the magic eraser.. you can see for yourself that it works.
