Comment: What a find this was. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my hands are badly bent and always sore. I cannot get a good grip on most things, nevermind a champagne cork. I ordered one of these Pinzon Champagne Openers hoping it was half as useful as promised. Not only it is a substantial, wonderfully made tool, it works beautifully. I can get a good grip on the cork and hold it steady while turning the bottle and not have to worry about putting anyone's eye out. It will work equally well left- or right-handed.

Finally, I can open a bottle of sparkling wine without having to ask someone to do it for me! I've now bought several to give away as gifts.
