Comment: These little strips really help me get a good night's sleep. Whenever my breathing channels seem a bit narrower (swollen or clogged), I use these to get more oxygen to my brain. I wake up feeling refreshed and energized. My partner says that it reduces my snoring as well, though we both use ear plugs anyway.It is important to follow their instructions as to location.

Comment: The small is not small enough for my nose. The product did not help but that might have been because the only way to get it to stick was to either leave too much of the band looped above my nose or put the little feet in the wrong place, and if I sweated they did not stick at all. Perhaps they need a junior size.

Comment: Breathe Right nasal strips are the best non-drug, non-prescription product out on the market for providing opening of the nasal passageways allowing greater intake of air flow due to the normal closure of the mucous membranes during sleep. Even if you do not have difficulty breathing during sleep, Breathe Right comfortably creates a greater opening of the nasal passages than is otherwise possible without it. I would recommend Breathe Right to anyone who has no breathing difficulty through anyone who has mild sleep apnea. Severe sleep apnea requires a CPAP device or a corrective medical procedure. I prefer the tan to the clear [the clear does not have enough adhesive to last all night]. Small/Med will fit most people's nose. Med/Large is only needed if you have a big nose.
