Summary: Wonderful Product
Comment: I have been using this product for about a month. There is an obvious difference in my skin and nails. I can see a noticeable difference in my hair and other people comment on the improvement as well. I have very fine hair. I inherited it from my mother. I disagree with the opinion that fine hair is a result of a deficient diet. My diet is very healthy and balanced. I have tried taking prenatal vitamins, biotin, and B-complex vitamins to help my hair but these pills have made the greatest improvement. Plan on taking two a day, one with breakfast and one with dinner.
