Summary: Improved my energy
Comment: I have fought with fatigue problems for years. Jacob Teitelbaum, a leading specialist in chronic fatigue treatment, did a controlled study that showed a significant improvement in patients energy level when taking this. (described in his book Fatigued to Fantastic)

I definitely feel an improvement. I tried some cheap versions of ribose and didn't feel it helped. You might want to try this one and then if you have good reasults try switching to something cheaper.

You only need a teaspoon or two a day, so although you don't get a large quantity for what your paying, you will not necessarily have to refill more often than every 1 1/2 to 2 months.

I also take Fatigued to Fantastic daily B complex and the daily energy enfusion. These are both products designed by Dr. Teitelbaum.
