Comment: Life extension foundation only offers excellent products. Omega 3 is lacking in most of the occidental diets and it's the cause of many deceases.

The dose of Omega 3 in this pills is 2.5times the amount you find in cheaper brands, and life extension gives us also the benefits of consuming a good amount of olive oil with a proprietary blend of olive juice that is part of this product.

You cant go wrong with Life extension. Omega 3 is necessary for its anti clotting properties, anti inflammatory, it is found in great quantities in the brain and is associated with cartilage creation among other things. Unless that you are consuming a couple pounds per week of deep ocean fish (salmon, sardines) you are in need of omega 3 supplementation.

If you have cholesterol problems i suggest you check your analysis before you start this supplement and one month after. Remember that the best indicative of health issues is not the amount of good cholesterol, but the relation between the good and the bad.
