Comment: From the other reviews I was unsure about taking this tea because of what was said about stomach pains. I went ahead and I have started with 1 cup of tea in the evening. By morning I am pretty regular, that is basically what I purchased it for. I eat pretty healthy so I didn't experience any of the abdominal cramping. There was one day that I had french fries and a geasy pizza and I did experience a little stomch cramping. My husband has said that he has been experiencing the same. So, in all we have come to the conclusion that depending on what you eat will depend on how your stomach will feel. It takes your body more effort to remove fat, I guess that's why it hurts. The seller was also great, they were fast and friendly. I would definately buy more tea from them.
