Summary: Very Comfortable for Work or Sleep
Comment: Highly recommended.

I have tried many different plugs over the years, for both my work and for sleeping. Many varieties are OK for work, but I have found every other variety except the Max Lite's to be variously painfull for sleeping. There are many days at the shop that I comfortably wear these all day long, and I never have any pain when using them to help me sleep when I'm away from home.

The trick to getting them in easily is to lick them before inserting them in your ear. They slip right in and seal perfectly!

Comment: This type of earplug takes some practice, at least for me. I had been used to a harder type that inserted more easily. This is a softer type that absolutely must be rolled small and allowed a moment to fill the ear space. I honestly thought they were mushy junk, initially, and they do take more care to insert properly (no two ears are the same). Once in, however, they are quite effective.

Comment: If other earplugs hurt your ears after prolonged use, especially in bed these are for you. Order from PK Safety supply, they are reliable, I have used them 2 times and had a great experience.
