Why You Need FRS

One of the top theories about why the body ages— and why you feel tired, worn-out or foggy headed — involves tiny molecules known as free radicals, which are created as a natural result of any metabolic activity. For example, after you jog a mile, free radicals circulate in the body. Even non-exercise activities, such as working at a computer, generate free radicals.
